Michael Carter Godflesh, the name alone still sends shivers down my spine.Interpretations of Justin Broderick and Benny Greens work have been many. The tracks here sound amazing and could have come from the same sonic landscape as Love and Hate in Dub,maybe more harsher. The final live track is totally stunning.

about

In 2003 French extreme metal label Nihilistic Holocaust asked Fragment King to provide a track for the GODFLESH tribute compilation. The track, "If I Could Only Be What You Want", features vocals by Leech (Navicon Torture Technologies, THEOLOGIAN). For the Fragment King compilation "War On Silence", released by breakcore and avant-electronica label Cock Rock Disco in 2010, the track was completely rebuilt and remastered. Both tracks are available here including an additional 2004 live instrumental version recorded in Munich in 2004.
